Razumevanje kariere in zadovoljstva z njo v kontekstu organizacije

V prispevku se osredotočamo na razumevanje kariere in spremembe v pojmovanju le-te. Pri tem sta ključna igralca v sodobnih paradigmatskih kariernih pogledih posameznik – zaposleni in organizacija, katerih vloga se je skozi prikazano časovno dimenzijo bistveno spremenila. V prispevku preučujemo vpliv (povezanost) razumevanja kariere zaposlenih na karierni razvoj v organizaciji in pomen zadovoljstva s kariero (subjektivno doživljanje) v tem razmerju. S kvantitativno metodo empiričnega raziskovanja preučujemo, kako notranje okolje organizacije oblikuje percepcijo kariere zaposlenega v slovenskih organizacijah in prispeva k subjektivni zaznavi zadovoljstva s kariero. Rezultati kažejo, da notranje okolje organizacije pomembno prispeva k razumevanju kariere, načrtovanju in postavljanju kariernih ciljev ter doživljanju zadovoljstva ob uresničevanju le-teh v organizaciji in širše.
