Transformacijsko vodenje v zdravstveni negi

O vodji in vodenju se govori in piše že vrsto let. V vsem tem času so se oblikovali in razvili različni stili vodenja, med njimi tudi transformacijsko vodenje, katerega pojem poznamo že natanko 50 let. Tovrstno vodenje se je izkazalo kot stil vodenja, s katerim se dosegajo boljši rezultati tako pri zaposlenih kot tudi pri poslovanju organizacije, če je primerno tudi za vodenje v zdravstveni negi, pa ugotavljamo v naši raziskavi. Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo dela in metasintezo pregleda znanstvene literature
iz podatkovnih baz, kot so Academic Search Elite, CINAHL, dLib, ERIC, Google Scholar, MasterFILE Premier, MEDLIN in PubMed. Vključili smo izključevalne pogoje, kot so objave od leta 1978 do 2018, brezplačna dostopnost člankov v celotnem obsegu ter ključne besede »leader«, »leadership«, »transformational leadership« in »healthcare«. Ugotovili smo, da je v kar nekaj državah v zdravstveni negi transformacijsko vodenje prisotno in ga tudi ocenjujejo kot zelo primernega. Izkazalo se je, da mora tudi delovna organizacija vodjo pri takem vodenju podpreti, saj na ta način tako vodja kot delovna organizacija pridobita na ugledu in zaupanju delavcev, rezultati pa so precej boljši. V nekaterih državah se zavedajo, da je vodje treba nenehno izobraževati in z izobraževanjem pričeti že na fakultetah, v našem primeru fakultetah za zdravstveno nego, jih sproti seznanjati z novostmi na področju vodenja, predvsem pa delovne organizacije prepričati, da lahko svoje delo kakovostno opravi samo vodja, ki ima polno podporo s strani vrhnjega menedžmenta.
