Vloga menedžerjev pri procesu organizacije dela v operacijski sobi

Procesna organizacija dela v operacijski sobi pomeni izvajanje postopkov oskrbe pacientov na način, da so upoštevani predpisani postopki dela in da se vsi izvedeni postopki dokumentirajo z namenom izboljšanja varnosti pacientov ter izboljšanja rezultatov kliničnega zdravljenja. Pri procesni organizaciji dela zagotavlja operacijska soba varno in nadzorovano okolje za perioperativno in operativno oskrbo bolnikov ter tudi za pooperativno okrevanje. V prispevku je uporabljen kvalitativni raziskovalni pristop z uporabo metode utemeljene teorije. Raziskovalni instrument je nestrukturirani intervju. V vzorec so bili vključene tri vodje z univerzitetno izobrazbo, ki opravljajo nalogo glavne medicinske sestre in glavnega zdravstvenega tehnika-instrumentalista operacijskih sob. Intervju je bil opravljen s spletnim anketiranjem. Rezultati so pokazali, da intervjuvanci menijo, da je procesna organizacija dela v operacijski sobi usmerjena na pacienta, njegovo varnost in upoštevanje predpisanih pravil za izboljšanje zdravstvenega stanja pacienta. Poudarjajo, da so potrebne spremembe v sistematizaciji dela in pri izobraževanju medicinskih sester in tehnikov-instrumentalistov v operacijski sobi. Cilj raziskovalnega dela je prikazati procesno organizacijo dela v operacijski sobi. Namen raziskave pa je strokovno preučiti vodenje, procesno organizacijo dela, zadovoljstvo z organizacijo dela, spremembe v delovnem procesu, strategijo in sistematizacijo novega procesnega organiziranja dela v operacijski dvorani in način izobraževanja zdravstvenih delavcev.
