Vpliv spola in starosti na zaznavanje organizacijske pravičnosti v podjetjih v Republiki Srbiji
Povzetek
Organizacijska pravičnost je pojav, ki odraža odnos zaposlenih do tega, v kolikšni meri so odločitve, postopki in odnosi do njih pravični. Čeprav gre za pojav, ki ima v celoti subjektivno ozadje, organizacijska pravičnost pomembno vpliva na številne organizacijske cilje v povezavi z zaposlenimi, kot so predanost, organizacijsko vedenje, uspešnost idr. Četudi so posledice zaznane ravni organizacijske pravičnosti (nizke ali visoke) v literaturi že znane in temeljito raziskane, številna vprašanja na tem področju še nimajo končnih odgovorov. Učinek demografskih značilnosti zaposlenih na zaznane ravni organizacijske pravičnosti še ni v celoti pojasnjen, zato je predmet tega prispevka preučitev vpliva spola in starosti zaposlenih na zaznano raven organizacijske pravičnosti. Začetne predpostavke so, da obstajajo razlike v zaznavanju ravni organizacijske pravičnosti med moškimi in ženskami ter da mlajši zaposleni zaznavajo višjo stopnjo organizacijske pravičnosti v primerjavi s starejšimi
zaposlenimi. Da bi preverili hipoteze, smo v podjetjih v Srbiji izvedli empirično raziskavo. Vzorec je zajemal 17 podjetij. Rezultati so pokazali, da v zaznavanju organizacijske pravičnosti med moškimi in ženskami ni razlik ter da mlajši zaposleni bolj pozitivno ocenjujejo raven organizacijske pravičnosti kot starejši.
