Vpliv delovnih vrednot na organizacijsko vedenje

Namen članka je prikazati kompleksen problem vpliva delovnih vrednot na organizacijsko vedenje in identificirati dimenzije delovnih vrednot, ki najbolj vplivajo na zaposlene in njihovo zadovoljstvo pri delu. S sistematičnim pregledom literature smo identificirali ključna spoznanja s področja organizacijskega vedenja in vrednot zaposlenih, natančno predstavili vplive, ki jih imajo vrednote zaposlenih na delovno okolje organizacije, in opredelili dimenzije, ki sodijo na področje delovnih vrednot s pomočjo ustvarjenih kategorij in kod. Oblikovali smo štiri raziskovalna vprašanja: (1) Katere so ključne dimenzije delovnih vrednot zaposlenih? (2) Kako kognitivne delovne vrednote vplivajo na zaposlene in kako se ti učinki kažejo v delovnem okolju organizacije? (3) Na kakšen način afektivne delovne vrednote vplivajo na zaposlene? (4) Kakšni so učinki in vplivi instrumentalnih delovnih vrednot? Omejitvena merila pri pregledu literature so bila: obdobje od leta 2013 do leta 2023, prosti dostop do celotnega besedila člankov, pomembnost teme in jezik besedila slovenščina in angleščina. Na osnovi analize znanstvenih člankov smo ugotovili, da imajo kognitivne, afektivne in instrumentalne delovne vrednote velik vpliv na zadovoljstvo in zavzetost zaposlenih, kar pa vpliva tudi na celotno organizacijsko okolje.
