Spodbujanje ustvarjalnosti študentov v visokošolskem izobraževanju: percepcija študentov in visokošolskih učiteljev

Povzetek

Današnje družbeno, gospodarsko in tehnološko okolje spodbuja inovacije, podjetništvo, diferenciacijo, prilagajanje in novosti, kar pomeni, da je ustvarjalno razmišljanje ena izmed bistvenih veščin, ki bi jo morali študenti pridobiti v času študija za uspešno integracijo na trg dela. Pomen ustvarjalnosti za posameznike in družbe v visokošolskem prostoru je splošno priznan, vendar pa izsledki opravljenih
študij kažejo, da spodbujanje ustvarjalnosti še vedno ni prioriteta v izobraževanju. Namen študije je bil preučiti percepcijo spodbujanja ustvarjalnosti v visokošolskem prostoru na slovenski univerzi z vidika visokošolskih učiteljev in študentov. Raziskava je temeljila na kvantitativni metodi dela s tehniko anketiranja. Rezultati so pokazali, da visokošolske institucije še vedno delujejo v močnem kulturnem in proceduralnem akademskem okolju, ki pomembno vpliva na splošno dojemanje ustvarjalnosti v instituciji. Pokazalo se je, da med učitelji in študenti obstajajo statistično značilne razlike v mnenju v skoraj vseh konstruktih. Kot najpogostejše ovire za ustvarjalnost visokošolskih učiteljev so se izkazale sistemske in emocionalne ovire, medtem ko pri študentih preobremenjenost, strah pred kritiko in pomanjkanje motivacije.
